We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships.If you have outstanding customer service skills, are goal-oriented, quick to learn, and adaptable, this role is for you.Job SummaryAs a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base through strategic selling and relationship management. You will play a key role in developing sales strategies, maintaining excellent communication with internal and external partners, and continuously identifying ways to improve business and organizational processes.Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Provide outstanding customer service to all clientsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through meetings, education, and follow-upIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and servicesPresent product samples, mock-ups, and detailed product informationSchedule and manage customer appointments around client availabilityNegotiate and renew contracts with current and previous customersAttend conventions, trade shows, and industry events to promote products and servicesMeet and exceed monthly sales goalsGenerate and submit accurate sales reports to managementMine, track, and follow up on all potential leadsDevelop sales strategies to drive repeat business and acquire new customersMaintain proficiency in Word, Excel, and HubSpotRequirements (include but are not limited to):Outstanding customer service and negotiation skillsExcellent, professional verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindsetStrong decision-making skills with speed and accuracyEnthusiasm for sales and consistently meeting or exceeding goalsExperience in the packaging industry is a plusCollege degree or equivalent experience (2+ years in sales or sales management)Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectivelyAbility to quickly learn and retain product knowledgeAvailability to work onsite Monday through Friday in an office environmentJ-18808-Ljbffr
