across the Product organization by improving consistency, mentoring peers through influence, and helping shape how product development operates at Osano as we scale in an increasingly AI-native environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves decisively, embraces ownership, and prefers building and shipping over process-heavy product management.ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership & ExecutionOwn roadmap, prioritization, and execution for one or more strategic product areasOperate with accountability for product outcomes, delivery
