Job DescriptionAs a Senior Strategic Advisor of Enterprise Strategy, you will be a trusted thought partner to senior leadership, shaping enterprise-level decisions through rigorous analysis and strategic insight. Evaluate those ideas for viability, quantify potential impact, and build compelling business cases to support decision-making.Support the Strategic Planning Cycle: Drive alignment across diverse stakeholders through clear communication and intentional structure in the annual planning cycleWhat You BringBachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).5+ years of experience in related field.In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.Strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFlawless time management and prioritization abilitiesPreferred QualificationsHealthcare industry domain expertiseAdvanced proficiency in data visualization and analytics toolsTop-tier consulting firm experience and/or clinical background (MD, DO, RN, PA, PharmD)#LI-Hybrid Salary RangeAt Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed.
