Job Description
As a Senior Strategic Advisor of Enterprise Strategy, you will be a trusted thought partner to senior leadership, shaping enterprise-level decisions through rigorous analysis and strategic insight. Success in this role means you consistently transform complex, unstructured challenges into clear, actionable strategies and plans across multiple time horizons. You'll deliver data-driven recommendations, craft compelling executive narratives, and execute with precision-helping the organization evolve towards a health solutions company. In this role, you will focus on insight-driven decisions, innovation, customer centric experience and local/national collaborations. Deliver Insightful, Data-Driven Recommendations : Interpret data and identify trends to uncover actionable insights that inform enterprise strategy and decision-makingApply Critical Thinking to Drive Strategy Development : Leverage business and consumer insights to develop holistic strategies, initiatives, and plans to effectively drive innovation and business outcomes and maximize value in targeted areas.Support Strategic Initiatives:Deliver complex, cross-functional projects that drive transformative outcomes and position the organization for sustainable growth.Solution Design & Business Case Development:Develop innovative ideas to address existing or emerging business challenges. Evaluate those ideas for viability, quantify potential impact, and build compelling business cases to support decision-making.Support the Strategic Planning Cycle : Drive alignment across diverse stakeholders through clear communication and intentional structure in the annual planning cycleWhat You Bring
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).5+ years of experience in related field.In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.Strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFlawless time management and prioritization abilitiesPreferred Qualifications
Healthcare industry domain expertiseAdvanced proficiency in data visualization and analytics toolsTop-tier consulting firm experience and/or clinical background (MD, DO, RN, PA, PharmD)#LI-Hybrid
Salary Range
At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed. Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.Our base salary is part of a robust Total Rewards package that includes an Annual Incentive Bonus*, 401(k) with employer match, Paid Time Off (PTO), and competitive health benefits and wellness programs.
