With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components according to specifications.Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate production.Perform machine programming adjustments and tooling changes as needed.Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure precision and compliance.Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and product quality.Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and resolve issues.Accurately document production output, materials used, and any issues encountered.Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards promptly.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience operating CNC press brake equipment preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.Flexibility to work swing shift and overtime as needed.What We Offer:Competitive hourly wage: $30$33 DOE.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.A supportive and inclusive workplace culture.The chance to contribute to a company that values quality, innovation, and craftsmanship.Legacy Talent Search is an equal opportunity employer.
