You would be working directly with the business to lead and scale our internal technology operations, overseeing tools, automation, data, analytics, and engineering teams to improve systems, workflows, and overall company efficiency.This person will be responsible for leading and managing the company’s technical execution across the Tech team. We are looking for someone with a wide scope of technical experience, strong leadership ability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of complex systems from strategy through execution.Responsibilities:Lead and manage technical teams across tools, automation, data, architecture, and engineering.Own the technical direction for internal tools, automation systems, data pipelines, dashboards, and integrations.Translate business needs into technical plans, priorities, timelines, and execution standards.Oversee system design, development, documentation, QA, deployment, debugging, and process improvement.Ensure all technical systems are scalable, secure, reliable, well-documented, and easy to maintain.Work with leadership and operations teams to identify bottlenecks and use technology to improve efficiency.Mentor technical team members and build a culture focused on ownership, speed, accuracy, and continuous improvement.Preferred Skills & Tools:Automation tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, Google Apps ScriptCloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, CloudflareSQL and data pipeline managementProject management tools like Jira, Asana, TrelloAI tools for development and process improvementQualifications:5+ years of experience in software development, technical operations, or similar roles.2+ years of experience managing or leading technical team members.Strong hands-on technical background with the ability to guide work across software, automation, and data functions.Experience working with remote teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.Fluent in English, both verbal and written.Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical team members.Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.Strong ownership mindset with the ability to identify problems and ensure completion.Interested?
