If you are looking for exciting career opportunities with growth potential, come and join the team at Cedars-Sinai Marina del Rey Hospital!Job Duties and Responsibilities:Float to assigned unit/s: Med surg/Tele or ICUAssists patients with activities of daily living such as feeding, toileting and hygieneProvides basic nursing care to non-acutely and acutely ill patientsAssists in maintenance of a safe and clean environmentWorks under the directions and supervision of the registered nurse in charge of the team and/or unitAnswers phones and call lightsEnsures unit is stocked with suppliesAssists patient transporter as neededOther duties as assignedShifts: Night Shift 1930- 0700 including some weekends shiftsQualificationsExperience:* 1 or more years of nursing assistant experience (strongly preferred)Certifications:* Certified Nursing Assistant (preferred)* Current BCLS certification, requiredKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:* Ability to read and communicate effectively in English* Basic computer knowledge
