Job Description ParalegalCareer Consulting Partners has teamed up with a boutique plaintiff civil litigation firm in Santa Monica that focuses on Real Estate, Personal Injury, and Employment Litigation. Our boutique plaintiffs' firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys with a manageable caseload of approximately 25–35 active mattersThis is not a trial firm or high-volume practice — we pride ourselves on providing quality, personalized service to every client. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and experienced in litigation support, especially with discovery management, calendaring, and meeting deadlinesIDEAL CANDIDATE:Manage all phases of litigation on an active caseload of 25–35 mattersDraft, prepare, and manage discovery requests and responsesMaintain and update litigation calendars, including court dates, deadlines, and attorney commitmentsMonitor case progress and ensure deadlines are metCommunicate with clients, courts, experts, and opposing counselPrepare case materials for hearings, depositions, and settlement discussionsOrganize and maintain electronic case filesPerform general administrative and case management support as neededQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal (plaintiff-side experience preferred)Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures in California state courtsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectivelyProficiency with litigation support software and document management systemsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-starter who can work independently and as part of a collaborative teamCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Salary Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000Medical Insurance, Dental, and Vision401kPTOPaid HolidaysFree ParkingLOCATION:Santa Monica, CaliforniaPlease note that we at Career Consulting Partners will be sure to keep your information private.
