Network Engineer

The Network Engineer will work with internetworking concepts, security protocols and have the opportunity to perform skills beyond network engineering to include telephony, virtualization, windows administration, etc.
What You'll Do
Document new and existing processNetwork issue identification and resolutionFix and Resolve Layer 2/3 IssuesDaily log analysis and alert oversightMaintain production network devices and supporting systemsResponsible for planning and organizing network & security related projects with architecture and engineering teams.Working with network security components such as firewalls, VPN, F5 load balancers, IPS/IDS on an ongoing duties.Daily operation tasks using configuration management and/or diagnostic tools, monitoring applications and performance analysis toolsWork with distributed, sophisticated enterprise deployments including: multi-tiered environments, virtualization technologies, operating systems, routing, monitoring, storage connectivity, resource management, backups, network securityOngoing configuring, testing, fixing issues on platforms like but not limited to Next Generation Firewalls, Palo Alto, TACACS, Windows NPS, F5 LTM/GTM/APM/ASM, Citrix, Dell SwitchingDaily log file and alert monitoringWorking with varying compliance team on a weekly, quarterly and yearly bases to achieve standards such as (PCI, SOX, ISO27k)Continues planning, documentation and perform basic maintenance on production network/systems and maintain alignment with company policies and procedures regarding system changes.Develop, complete, and coordinate project plan tasking to meet networking needsDevelop (improve) and implement operations / deployment standardsWhat We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent technical or professional experience related to the build, installation, and maintenance of local and wide area networks required.Minimum 5 years of Experience in Network EngineeringDeep understanding of network protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, 802.11, 802.1x, QOS)Experience with network architectures and protocolsDeep knowledge of Cisco/Dell technologies and internetworking conceptsMust Have Palo Alto Next Generation Firewall ExperiencePrefer CCNP or Dell Equivalent CertificationPrefer F5 ExperienceWhy Aristocrat?Aristocrat is a world leader in gaming content and technology, and a top-tier publisher of free-to-play mobile games. Pay Range
$86,013 - $159,738 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching, more details available athttps://atibenefits.com/ .Additional Information
