We’re Hiring: Senior Real Estate Analyst – Multifamily & BTR DevelopmentWe’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Analyst with a strong background in multifamily and Build-to-Rent (BTR) development underwriting. This role is ideal for someone who can take a deal from market analysis to full financial modelling and clearly assess project viability.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderwrite multifamily & BTR development deals end-to-endConduct detailed market research, sub market analysis, and comp studiesBuild comprehensive development pro formas and financial modelsPrepare development budgets, sources & uses, and cash flow projectionsAnalyse returns including IRR, MoIC, equity multiples, and sensitivitiesEvaluate deal feasibility and present insights to decision-makersSupport investment decisions with clear, data-driven recommendationsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience underwriting multifamily and/or BTR development dealsStrong financial modelling skills (Excel required; Argus a plus)Deep understanding of development budgets, construction costs, and timelinesAbility to independently assess deal risk and upsideStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skillsExperience working with U.S. real estate markets preferredNice to HaveExperience with ground-up development and value-add analysisExposure to institutional or private equity real estate investments
