Associate Parking Attendant

Job TitleUnder general supervision, patrols assigned parking areas to ensure compliance of the Campus Parking and Traffic Regulations. Assist the Parking Clerk in maintaining the Parking Services database. Valet vehicles from CMC campus from valet area of CMC back and forth to valet surface parking lot. Provide staffing for JACC and LDC parking booths to monitor vehicles entering the area to see they are patients. Provide staffing for CMC east visitor garage parking booth to accept payment for parking fees. Assist with duties at the valet desk to include dispatching Parking Officers and providing assistance and information to those in need. Providing good customer service and greetings to all visitors, patients, and employees at all times. Providence caregivers are not simply valued they're invaluable. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information. 1 year customer service or related experience, preferably within a hospital or campus environment. 2 years safe driving experience. Preferred QualificationsCoursework/Training: 30 hours of higher education coursework. Coursework/Training: Documented customer service training.
