Arkansas Customer Support Specialist

To provide exceptional customer service, the remote Arkansas Customer Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues related to orders, and ensure a seamless experience for clients while working full-time. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer support tickets and manage high-volume phone calls regarding existing and new orders Document issues in Confluence and address queries from customers and internal departments Visit court dockets for information on case filings and perform other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience Technology driven with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and phone systems Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Typing speed of at least 55 wpm Experience with document manipulation and the ability to maintain accuracy under stress #J-18808-Ljbffr
