We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growthYour future duties and responsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and implement scalable UiPath automation solutions using industry best practicesPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate discovery sessions, and translate business needs into technical automation solutionsParticipate in solution architecture activities by contributing to technical design, implementation planning, and automation strategyEvaluate automation opportunities and provide recommendations that maximize business value and operational efficiencyDevelop attended and unattended UiPath automations utilizing Automation Suite and UiPath Cloud capabilitiesConduct technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainabilityProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, including coordination with offshore resourcesCollaborate with project managers, solution architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and ongoing continuous improvement initiativesRequired qualifications to be successful in this role6+ years of professional experience in software development, intelligent automation, or related technology roles3+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience delivering enterprise automation solutionsExperience serving as a technical lead or leading development efforts on automation initiativesHands-on exposure to the solution architecture process, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, solution design, technical estimation, and implementation planningExperience working directly with business stakeholders to understand processes and translate requirements into scalable technical solutionsStrong experience with UiPath Automation Suite and/or UiPath CloudProficiency in Microsoft .NET (C# or VB), SQL Server, APIs, and system integrationsStrong communication, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiencesAbility to mentor developers while remaining hands-on in solution deliveryEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement VLink is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated.
