Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Description Position: Personal Insurance Account ManagerA local agency needs an experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager. Must have a strong work ethic, a drive to succeed and a "can do" attitude. This is a fun company to work for, flexible time and a great compensation package.Duties will include:Review daily reports, change requests, claim notices, auto ID Cards, order MVR's and issue certificatesAccurately input policy updates and account information.Communicate with client, producer/agent, and carrier underwriters regarding policy and coverage related questions and information.Responsible for the marketing/quoting process for both new business and account renewals.Identify, compile, and manage information regarding account renewals.Consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives.Qualifications:Property & Casualty Insurance license required.Minimum 1-3 years independent agency or retail broker experience.Strong technical knowledge of personal lines coverage & rating.Agency Management System software experience preferred.Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).My name is Brandon Womack and I am hiring for this position.
