Job Title: Marketing Specialist Amazon Advertising & MerchandisingLocation: Irvine, CA - Hybrid On-site Monday, Wednesday, ThursdayPay: $40-45/HRDuration: W2 Assignment through End of YearPosition OverviewOn behalf of our client, a global leader in data storage solutions, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Amazon Advertising and Merchandising to manage and optimize product visibility, sales performance, and brand presence across Amazon marketplaces. This role combines data-driven advertising strategy with hands-on catalog management to drive growth, improve conversion performance, and maximize ROI.The ideal candidate will have experience working within Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, managing paid advertising campaigns, optimizing product listings, and analyzing performance metrics. Candidates with an interest in gaming and photography products are highly encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Advertising & MarketingPlan, launch, manage, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including:Sponsored ProductsSponsored BrandsSponsored DisplayAmazon DSP campaigns (Twitch media, Prime Video, OLV, CTV, etc.)Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, manage budgets, and optimize targeting strategies to maximize ROAS and sales growthConduct keyword research and implement Amazon SEO best practices to improve product ranking and discoverabilityAnalyze customer behavior and optimize the Amazon customer journey to improve conversion ratesDevelop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and merchandising initiatives to increase traffic and sales performanceMerchandising & Catalog ManagementManage and optimize Amazon product listings, including:TitlesBullet pointsProduct descriptionsImages and enhanced brand contentMaintain accurate product catalog data and manage product variations such as size, color, and bundlesEnsure product pages align with brand standards and marketplace best practicesCoordinate updates and improvements across multiple SKUs and campaigns simultaneouslyReporting & Cross-Functional CollaborationCreate and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and media schedules using Excel and Amazon reporting toolsMonitor KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, advertising efficiency, and keyword rankingsCollaborate with internal teams, suppliers, brands, and external agencies to execute campaigns and merchandising initiativesPresent campaign insights, optimization recommendations, and performance updates to stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field1 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts1 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Ads or equivalent PPC advertising campaignsStrong understanding of Amazon marketplace algorithms, ranking factors, and advertising strategiesExperience with keyword research, campaign structure, targeting, and bid optimizationAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and campaign trackingStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsAmazon Advertising certifications through Amazon Learning ConsoleGoogle Analytics certification or other PPC/paid media certificationsExperience working with gaming, photography, or consumer electronics brands/productsFamiliarity with DSP advertising and omnichannel media campaignsPlease submit your resume in Word or PDF format to be considered.
