The role also includes supervising behavior technicians, monitoring client progress, and ensuring high-quality clinical standards in behavioral treatment plans.QualificationsExpertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Proficiency in Parent Education and Behavior Management practicesBoard Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with families and team membersAbility to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high standard of quality and accountabilityExperience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is highly beneficialMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a closely related field
