Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Role Description This is a part-time, on-site/Remote role located in Maryland, United States, for a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role entails overseeing and supervising ABA therapy programs, conducting functional behavior assessments, designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing mentorship to behavior technicians. The BCBA will collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure the effective generalization of skills outside of therapy sessions while maintaining progress monitoring and data analysis to support treatment goals. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including behavior reduction, skill acquisition strategies, and functional assessments.Ability to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and deliver in-home ABA therapy services.Skills in staff supervision, parent training, and professional development for behavior technicians and caregivers.Proficiency in data collection, progress monitoring, and adjustment of treatment plans based on data-driven insights.BCBA certification required and current licensure in the state of Maryland (or eligibility to obtain licensure).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.Experience working with children with autism in clinical or in-home settings is strongly preferred.Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is required.
