This position drives enterprise planning and ensures system initiatives anticipate and respond to emerging policy, legislative, fiscal, and programmatic needs while advancing CalHHS and OTSI’s strategic mission.The Deputy Director, BETS, drives collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and strategic policy development with internal and external partners to improve service delivery, strengthen accountability, and support the broader mission of the OTSI.
