This role will act as the bank’s main administrator while supporting operational and strategic goals.Duties And Responsibilities:Act as main commercial lending software administrator and be main contact for case management for future enhancements and process improvement efforts.Develop and maintain process documentation and training materialsAnalyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvementProvide support and guidance to stakeholders during process changesCommunicate process changes and results to key stakeholdersDevelop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of process improvementsCreate process improvement documentation, including process maps, user manuals and training materialsCollaborate with IT and other departments to ensure successful implementation of process improvement initiativesAssist with testing new systems and processesMonitor and report on process performanceAny other duties as assigned.Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2-4 years of experience supporting business systems or applications.Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Understanding of business process mapping and documentation preferred.Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, Anti-Money Laundering/Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT Act) and the requirements of the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
