The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, AWS, and application security, along with proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex enterprise solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and implementation of scalable full-stack enterprise applications.Provide technical leadership across application development, integration, and cloud-native solutions.Design and develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.Contribute to front-end development and oversee integration between front-end interfaces and backend services.Design secure applications using Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT.Develop and integrate cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.Drive solution design while ensuring adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices.Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and production issues.Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, customers, architects, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.Coordinate across cross-functional teams to drive delivery of complex enterprise initiatives.Apply strong analytical and debugging skills to proactively identify and resolve technical challenges.Manage build and dependency processes using Maven/Gradle.Required Skills8-10 years of experience in software development with significant experience in a technical leadership role.Strong expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot.Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Microservices architecture.Experience with Spring Data and Spring Security.Strong understanding of OAuth2/JWT and API security.Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.Experience in enterprise system integration and API programming.Experience with Maven and/or Gradle.Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Desirable SkillsStrong API programming experience.Experience with enterprise application integration.Experience working with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional teams.
