This role involves performing advanced radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures while supporting multiple departments, including surgery, trauma, and other diagnostic imaging areas. The ideal candidate is experienced, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced clinical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging proceduresOperate fixed and portable radiology equipment safely and effectivelyAssist physicians during specialized imaging proceduresConduct studies such as gastrointestinal series, cystography, and intravenous pyelographyTroubleshoot equipment issues and ensure optimal image qualityFloat to various departments including surgery, trauma, and pediatrics as neededSupport surgical teams with imaging, including C-arm and O-arm proceduresMaintain accurate patient records, equipment logs, and inventoryServe as a mentor or preceptor to junior radiographers and studentsParticipate in cross-training opportunities (e.g., CT, MRI, special procedures)Required QualificationsGraduate of a JRCERT (Radiologic Technology) or CAAHEP accredited programCurrent ARRT certification (as applicable to specialty)BLS certification from the American Heart AssociationStrong knowledge of radiographic techniques and imaging equipment operationAbility to work with diverse patient populations across age groupsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer proficiencySkills & CompetenciesExpertise in diagnostic radiography and fluoroscopyAbility to prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficientlyStrong problem-solving skills, particularly with imaging equipmentClear communication of procedures to patients and familiesTeam-oriented with the ability to work across multiple departmentsAdditional RequirementsSurgery experience required for floating to the Operating Room (OR)Proficiency with C-arm and O-arm imaging systems (or willingness to train)Flexibility to float across departments as neededAbility to work overnight shifts and participate in on-call rotation• Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees.• 401K Plan.•"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc.• $300 - $1000 referral bonus.About LanceSoftEstablished in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
