Senior Patent Paralegal

A company is looking for a Senior IP/Patent Paralegal to join their dynamic Legal team. Key Responsibilities Manage the global patent portfolio, including all domestic and international patent filings Oversee the IP docketing system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines Develop and optimize processes for invention disclosure tracking and outside counsel coordination Qualifications & Experience 8+ years of experience as an IP/Patent Paralegal, with a focus on US and foreign patent prosecution Experience in technical or regulated industries such as energy or aerospace is preferred Expert proficiency with IP docketing software and USPTO filing procedures Ability to build systems and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in documentation
