We are looking for dedicated professionals interested in behavioral health services As a team we strive every day to nurture growth and recovery by caring for each other, our clients, and our future.Job Description:RN - PRNAssess and document clients' vital signs, TPR BP (sit/stand while on detox) pain, pulse ox, physical and emotional state and reporting abnormalities in a timely mannerProvide appropriate care in case of emergencies by being present assessing and triage of medical situationChart observations and conditions for detox period including abnormalitiesAccurately complete documentation and chart checksPerform admission nursing assessment and review admit formCreate medical treatment plans based on assessment of medical needsPrepare for and/or perform venipunctureAdminister and account for medication following AllHealth Network ProceduresObtain, carry out, and authenticate physician ordersOrganize and prioritize shift duties in facilityReview daily census and assure accuracyProcedure for preparing clients for dischargeProvide guidance and mentoring of LPN, BHT. And HCA functionsAttend 75% of nursing department meetingsAdheres to confidentiality laws including 42CFR Part 2, HIPAA and HITECHWillingness to work a variety of shifts based on business needs and client requirementsFollow all AllHealth Network policies and proceduresComplete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelinesPerform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employeeQualifications:Associate's degree in nursingCurrent Colorado RN nursing license. Must be in compliance with all licensing regulations and laws.Current 1st Aid and CPR certifications1 year of experience in substance use disorder/behavioral healthcare setting is preferredAllHealth Network does not employ former or current clients or family members of clients receiving treatment at any AllHealth Network facilities.Skills/Knowledge:Ability to function within the scope of practice of individual licensureAbility to relate with detachment and empathy to clients and familiesAbility to communicate effectively in written and verbal formatsWillingness to gain knowledge and understanding of the disease concept and individual counseling procedures in the treatment of substance use disordersWillingness to obtain basic knowledge of the emotional and physical aspects associated with substance use disordersPersonal maturity reflected by sound judgment and decision-making abilitiesAbility to function as a team member of the nursing departmentAlways gives AllHealth Network the best work and handles constructive criticism appropriatelyAuthentic commitment to AllHealth's mission and vision, actively working to further organizational objectivesMust have valid Colorado driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record if driving AllHealth Network vehicle or driving for AllHealth Network businessIf recovering from a substance use disorder, one year of continuous sobriety is requiredShift/Location:PRN - As neededmust work at least 3 shifts a monthWatkins, COPay Rate:$52 an hour$6 shift dif for 5pm to 7am and weekends.The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values.
