JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ellis Potter is a brand-new affordable residentialcommunity located in Madison, Wisconsin. This unique community includes65 affordable units, comprised of a 54-unit apartment community forresidents aged 55 and older and 11 three-bedroom multi-family townhomes.Ellis Potter is designed to provide high-quality housing while fosteringa welcoming, supportive, and sustainable living environment. We areseeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee dailyoperations and support the successful lease-up and stabilization of thecommunity. This position will be 40 hours per week through the end ofthe year, then transition to 32 hours per week thereafter. A leasingcommission is included as part of the compensation structure. KeyResponsibilities Leasing & Marketing Conduct Showings, Managefollow-ups, and deliver an exceptional prospect experience Maintainawareness of market competition Operations Manage budgets and supportnet operating income goals Coordinate maintenance workflow and ensuretimely completion Resident Experience Foster a welcoming, positivecommunity environment Address resident concerns promptly andprofessionally Monitor delinquencies and issue notices as needed\*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Minimum highschool diploma or equivalent. Bachelor\'s Degree, preferred. Experience:Prior Property Management Experience Required, Preferable In aleadership role. - Customer service experience is essential. - Must haveleasing experience.
