Job Title: Internal Solutions Engineer IIDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: Menlo Park, CA (3 days - hybrid)30% in meetings, 70% in executionSummaryThe main function of an internal solutions engineer is to enable the sales and marketing teams to help customers grow their business through tools and automation.Top 3 must-have HARD skills2 to 4 years of experience:Strong communication skillsExperience handling technology – coding, data analysis, SQL and Python (any level of experience is fine, as long as they can produce a SQL query)Good to have skillsBackground in dataWindow functions would be fair enoughAds background is a plusJob ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and support core backend and frontend software components.Build software in the company stack using primarily Hack, Javascript, and Python.Use engineering skill sets in a business organization to drive meaningful business impact by examining problems through an operational lens.Partner in cross‐functional product and analytics teams to lead or contribute to large‐scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale.Self‐identify gaps, problems, needs, and come up with robust solutions with relative independence.SkillsKnowledge in software engineering programs such as PHP, Hack, Python, Java, C++ or similar.Ability to write self‐documented code.Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts to non‐technical audiences.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.Knowledge with 2D and 3D tolerance analysis.Education/ExperienceBachelor's degree in computer science.Story Behind the Need – Business Group & Key ProjectsVery strong business need – overall team is growing, pulling in another dedicated resource.Compelling Story & Candidate Value PropositionLong term opportunity – growth potential, stable, strong selling point on the market.How will performance be measuredDepends on meeting expectations – support cases monthly.Clear expectations will be provided.High bar to meet.IV2 rounds back‐to‐back – 30 minutes with hiring manager, then 45 minutes technical interview – total of 90 minutes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
