Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Machine Reliability Service Technicians based in Dallas and Houston TX. The technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting issues, and delivering field services for mechanical and electrical equipment. Duties also include assisting customers with technical support, ensuring equipment reliability, and contributing to predictive and preventive maintenance programs. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair techniques for mechanical and electrical systemsStrong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctionsExperience in Field Service operations, including on-site and hands-on technical tasksEffective Customer Service skills to communicate and maintain client relationshipsUnderstanding of maintenance practices to implement predictive and preventive measuresExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant certifications or technical training in mechanical, electrical, or vibration analysis are advantageousPrevious experience in a similar role within the equipment maintenance or vibration analysis field is a plus
