You will provide high quality clinical care to an assigned classroom of approximately 8 clients, supported by RBTs, and focusing on individualized treatment. You will have onsite opportunities to integrate parents into their child's teaching interventions. You will benefit from ongoing supervision and support from an experience BCBA and consultation with a BCBA-D. The space features four individualized client rooms, an indoor play area, a new outdoor playground, shared meeting and learning areas, and a dedicated lunch/break room-all in a convenient, easy-to-access location.If you're passionate about the science of behavior and inspired to work where your expertise truly matters, we invite you to read on and explore what it means to be a Behavior Analyst at Vista.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSConducts functional behavior assessments and analyses; designs, implements, and monitors behavior intervention plansDevelops safety plans and crisis intervention plans as neededCollaborates and communicates with families, internal team members, and external stakeholders such as PH-MCO Care Managers, Primary Care Physicians, Specialists, and Case ManagersProvides ongoing training, coaching, and support to Behavior Health Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure fidelity in implementing treatment plans and programmingOversees implementation of behavior programs and monitors progressConducts evaluations of interventions to guide treatment decisionsProvides clinical supervision in accordance with BACB and IBHS standardsSupports quality assurance, utilization reviews, and related monitoring activitiesUses relevant tools to support staff development and monitor progress toward certification and professional expectationsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITYThis position provides clinical supervision to all Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health Technicians in accordance with BACB supervisory standards and IBHS regulatory requirements. This role does not include direct-report supervisory responsibilities.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Job requirements may change frequently. The ability to understand and carry out detailed, involved, instructions is mandatory. The incumbent must be able to travel to multiple locations as needed, when needed to conduct organizational business. Subject to inside environmental conditions.EXPECTED SCHEDULEThis is a full-time on-site position. Days and hours of the workweek are program dependent based on service delivery and program operation hours. Services are provided in the clinic setting with an occasional need to provide service in the home or community setting. When those occasional needs arise, availability may be required outside of typical program operating hours. This position may be expected to deliver services or trainings as needed in line with parent customer and staff development needs.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree in a related service fieldCurrent Behavior Analyst Certification and Behavior Specialist LicensureCompletion of Vista's crisis intervention training (upon hire)Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorderKnowledge and experience with Applied Behavior Analysis programming and methodologyProficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based applicationsAbility to implement, train, and coach staff in service delivery and crisis prevention techniquesKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSExperience with Early Start Denver Model, Precision Teaching, and/or PEAK programming preferredStrong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProfessionalism, flexibility, tact, and the ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teamsCommitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practices
