Electrical Project Manager

Accurate Air Solutions is growing our Electrical Department — and we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our residential and commercial project operations. You’ll lead foremen and field electricians, work directly with customers and general contractors, and make sure every job comes in safe, on schedule, on budget, and code compliant.Project Execution• Plan and sequence work, assign the right crews, and keep projects moving• Solve field problems early — access, inspections, permits, design conflicts, scope changes• Make sure crews have the materials, plans, and direction they need to be productive on day one• Walk jobsites regularly to verify quality, safety, and progressPeople Leadership• Coach and develop foremen and field electricians — plan reading, productivity, documentation, and craftsmanship• Set clear expectations and address performance issues early and fairly• Build a team-first culture where people support each other and take pride in the workCustomer & GC Communication• Be the project’s point of contact with customers, general contractors, superintendents, and other trades• Keep stakeholders informed on progress, inspections, and what’s coming up next• Resolve issues professionally and protect Accurate Air Solutions’ reputation on every jobBudget, Change Orders & Documentation• Own job cost performance — labor efficiency, overtime, material waste, and rework• Capture and document scope changes; get approvals before extra work proceeds• Make sure plans, redlines/as-builts, daily reports, and closeout packages are accurate and complete• Audit timekeeping and labor allocation across the project teamSafety• Own safety execution on every project — PPE, hazard controls, lockout/tagout, housekeeping• Conduct field audits and correct unsafe behaviors in real time• Use stop-work authority when needed; protect people and compliance over schedule pressureWhat You BringRequired• Active Texas electrical license (TDLR) for the scope of work — in good standing, with continuing education current• Several years of hands-on residential and commercial electrical experience, including project leadership (foreman, lead electrician, or PM)• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and the ability to enforce code compliance in the field• Solid plan and specification reading — able to spot conflicts and review redlines/as-builts• Comfortable with project management software, scheduling tools, and digital documentation• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record• Able to pass a background check and drug screening• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work in typical project field conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise)Preferred• Master Electrician license• Prior experience as a Project Manager or Lead Foreman on commercial electrical projects• Experience managing change orders, job costing, and project budgets• Background coaching or developing field crewsWhat Success Looks Like in This Role• Projects delivered safely, on time, on budget, and code-compliant• Crews working from current plans with clean documentation and complete closeout packages• Strong, professional relationships with customers, GCs, and other trades• A growing team — foremen and electricians improving under your coaching• Scope changes captured, approved, and billed without exceptionCompensation & Benefits• Pay: Competitive salary based on experience and credentials (discussed during interview)• Company vehicle provided• Health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off• Tool allowance and ongoing training investment• Performance and bonus opportunities tied to project results and MOI Scale scores• Clear promotion path to Electrical Department ManagerApply here on LinkedIn, Indeed or send an email to career@accurateairsolutionsllc.com with your resume and a brief explanation of your electrical experience, license type and the kind of projects you've led.
