Workout Portfolio Manager

A local bank in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Workout Portfolio Manager to join their team. In this role, you will support the Asset Recovery Department by analyzing problem credits, assessing financial information, and recommending strategies to maximize recovery efforts. You will collaborate closely with Asset Managers to restructure non-performing or impaired loans, while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. Responsibilities: Support Asset Managers in developing strategies for restructuring problem and non-performing loans. Gather and analyze borrower and guarantor financial information to recommend effective workout solutions. Conduct quarterly and semi-annual loan reviews, including status updates, risk rating adjustments, and workout strategy recommendations. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in commercial loan portfolio management, lending, or credit analysis/underwriting.
