Regional Sales Manager – Women’s Health Pharmaceutical SalesChicago / Midwest RegionWe are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing pharmaceutical sales team across the Midwest, with a focus on Women’s Health.This role is based in the Chicago area. Candidates must live within 50 miles of O’Hare International Airport.Territory includes:Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and MinnesotaTeam structure:This manager will lead a team of approximately 10 sales representatives, including:6 reps in Illinois2 reps in Michigan, including Detroit and Grand Rapids1 rep in Milwaukee1 rep in MinneapolisIdeal candidate will have:Proven pharmaceutical sales management experienceStrong leadership, coaching, and performance-management skillsExperience managing multi-state territoriesAbility to develop talent, drive execution, and deliver consistent sales resultsWomen’s Health experience preferredCompensation:Base salary: $160,000–$185,000Total compensation: $250,000–$275,000This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmaceutical sales leader who is passionate about developing teams, building strong customer relationships, and driving growth in Women’s Health across the Midwest.Interested candidates should send resumes to joe@reppath.com or reach out directly for more information.
