Job Title: Customer Documentation SpecialistLocation: Tulsa, OK 74146Duration: 3 Months (Temp to Hire)Job Description The Customer Documentation Specialist will work with the sales team and our customers to ensure various documentation requirements are met, including, timely and accurate submittal. Responsibilities will also include assistance in the Quality Department for inspection of parts and products, updating work instructions and other administrative tasks.Responsibilities Include Coordinate with and assist company internal departments to effect a timely and accurate preparation of order related documents. Types of docments involved include Certificates of Conformity (COC), Material Test Report (MTR), Weld Maps and Reports, and others. Assemble and transmit documents to customers in accordance with sales order contract terms, such as periodic project update meetings or final document packages at time of shipment. Receive and distribute customer document change requirements to affected departments, and follow up to ensure timely revisions and re-transmittals. Maintain an up-to-date status of all project-specific documents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date archives for all project-specific documentation. In coordination with Project Engineer, ensure all document requirements are completed in accordance with contract schedules. Drive continuous improvement activities related to the document control processes, procedures and software applications. Produce status reports, metrics, charts and graphs as requested for management review. Assist and support the Projects Group with Third Party Inspection visits when documents are requested.II. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Minimum Education: High school diploma; some post-high school education a plus Minimum Experience: Three years of documentation experience in a manufacturing environment Very strong computer skills, including proficiency with Client Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Word and Excel. Experience with Sharepoint and Oracle would be a plus Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Superior attention to detail and commitment to meeting schedule requirements Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all company departments, subcontractors and customer personnel Some experience in the energy industry is a plus Saransh Singh(973)360-8348Saransh.singh@artech.com
