The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of successfully delivering software development, infrastructure, or systems integration projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring, and closure. This role requires a unique blend of project management discipline, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.Job Duties• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management strategies• Lead the day-to-day execution of project tasks, ensuring that project teams are on track to meet milestones• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, and other technical staff• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, effectively managing stakeholder expectations• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives• Translate technical concepts and project status into clear, concise updates for both technical and non-technical audiences• Maintain a solid understanding of the project's technical architecture, challenges, and dependencies• Work with technical leads to identify and resolve technical roadblocks and challenges• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed• Ensure that the final deliverables meet the required quality standards and technical specifications• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular reports on scope, schedule, and budget• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques• Conduct post-project evaluations and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements#CT1**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**Benefits:For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here .
