This position is for our customer Ford, based in Wayne, MI. We are looking for strong candidates that are problem solvers and have a great attitude. Work with manufacturing customers to ensure their daily stock needs are covered. This is a rewarding position that will have you wanting to go to work every day. Primary Responsibilities may include the following: Supervise and support Crib Attendants (UAW employees) Act as vacation replacement as required Develop and publish Crib Personnel Schedules Ensure timely processing of all receipt transactions, item issues and cycle counts. Coordinate employee vacations to ensure customer support Assist with clearing invoice issues Act as a liaison with Customer Support Inventory Review processes, Inactive Review, and, Obsolescence Review. Coordinate review of all zero balance on hand items Coordinate submission of employee Timekeeping (TWOS) Ensure compliance to all customer and SourcePRO Safety guidelines Ensure daily Powered Material Handling Equipment (PMHV) inspections are completed Interview candidates for open Crib Attendant positions Coordinate training to meet customer and SourcePRO training guidelines Ensure Compliance to cycle program Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained Update Communication Board Daily Maintain 5-S Workplace Organization Methodology Coordinate maintenance of PMHV equipment (if required) Maintain and publish emergency contact listing Assist Purchasing with the procurement of approved supplies Special Projects and other miscellaneous activities as needed Requirements- Degree in Business Management or related field preferred 2-4 years supervisory experience in crib or warehouse management Advanced experience with MS Office programs required Strong written and verbal communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
