They're looking to find someone who can design a space to bridge a narrative universe and human engagement. Think: Who Framed Roger Rabbit or Mr. Rogers style storytelling where the worlds are combined. This role is ideal for a designer who can think like a visual storyteller to develop a creative journey. This is a remote role, working project based (hours will fluctuate) for the next few months. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the visual strategy and creative direction for the development of a narrative world/environment. Conceptualize and develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments for web, print, and internal communications. Create layouts, artboards, and designs.Present creative concepts and final work to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and articulate design rationale.Qualifications5+ years of professional design experience ideally with a focus on illustration. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in illustration, storytelling, and narrative development. Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro.Deep knowledge of layout design, typography, color theory, and composition.Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally.Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects, and attention to detail.Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
