Graphic Designer Intern
The Ready to Work Internship Program offers paid, hands-on experience for students interested in building professional skills within a dynamic sports and entertainment organization. Interns will support day-to-day operations, contribute to real projects, and gain exposure to how teams collaborate across the business.Interns will participate in structured onboarding, professional development sessions, mentorship opportunities, and meaningful project-based work aligned to team priorities. This program is designed to provide practical experience, skill-building, and career exposure for emerging talent in the San Antonio community.Who You Are: To be eligible for the Ready to Work Internship Program, candidates must meet all of the following criteria:• Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student, including: • Rising undergraduate juniors, or • Graduate students who have completed at least one year of their program• Must have at least one academic year remaining following completion of the internship• Must be eligible to participate in the City of San Antonio's Ready to Work Program• Must be based in or attending school in the San Antonio area• Must be available to participate in the full 8-week internship program (June 22 - August 14, 2026)• Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week during the internship periodThe Graphic Designer Intern will support creative and design initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in visual storytelling, branding, and digital content creation within a professional environment.What You'll Do• Assist in creating graphics for digital and print materials (social media, presentations, marketing assets)• Support the development and execution of visual brand elements• Help organize and maintain design files and creative assets• Collaborate with team members on design projects and creative conceptsWhat You'll Gain• Practical experience in graphic design and creative production workflows• Exposure to branding, marketing design, motion graphics, and visual communication strategies• Strengthened design, creativity, and attention-to-detail skill
