Bring your analytical mindset and passion for change to help transform law enforcement. What You'll Work On: Contribute to development using Atlassian and Microsoft products. Recommend and implement appropriate performance measures to be produced, including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics. Provide requirements and task management to facilitate deliveries of fellow team members. Provide business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis for value or product streams. You Have: Experience working within an Agile environment and implementing best practices Experience with requirements management tools such as Jira Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence Ability to communicate effectively with leaders, development teams, and end-users Ability to apply critical thinking to identify and help resolve team challenges Top Secret clearance Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a business, project, or requirements analyst role, or 9+ years of experience in a business, project, or requirements analyst role in lieu of degree Nice If You Have: Scrum Certifications SAFE Certifications Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
