Made Possible.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Printing Manager to lead operations within our Printing and Sheeting departments. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and optimizing production activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives are consistently achieved.The Printing Manager serves as a key operational leader, collaborating across departments to align manufacturing execution with company goals, customer expectations, and compliance requirements in a fast‐paced industrial environment.What We OfferWe provide a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support employee well‐being, career growth, and long‐term financial security, including:Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and HolidaysHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceHealth Spending Accounts401(k) with Company MatchEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead daily printing and sheeting operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and cost objectivesEnsure manufacturing activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policiesDevelop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Scheduling, and Supply Chain teams to drive operational efficiencyManage, coach, and develop employees by setting performance goals, allocating resources, and providing performance feedbackDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on Lean manufacturing, waste reduction, throughput optimization, and quality improvementAnalyze production metrics, downtime, scrap, and performance trends to improve resultsSupport Plant and Operations Leadership with strategic initiatives and operational problem‐solvingPromote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture aligned with company core valuesPerform other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environmentPrior experience in printing, packaging, converting, or paper‐based manufacturingStrong leadership, communication, and team‐building skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environmentCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent industry experienceExperience in a converting facility or high‐volume printing operationHands‐on knowledge of:Printing pressesRoll stock cutting machinesDie cutting machinesStraight‐line gluersExperience operating or overseeing use of forklifts, clamp trucks, electric pallet jacks, and hand jacksBilingual English/Spanish is a plusCertifications & Licenses* Ability to obtain and maintain Company‐issued Fork Truck Operator License* Ability to obtain and maintain Company‐issued Clamp Truck Operator LicenseWork Schedule & TravelStandard schedule: Monday-Friday, 8‐hour shiftsFlexibility required to work early mornings, nights, weekends, or alternate schedules as operational needs requireOccasional overnight travelPhysical Demands & Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, climb, reach, and perform repetitive movementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds occasionallyAbility to work in environments with loud noise levels, temperature fluctuations, and manufacturing equipmentVisual acuity, including color differentiation, required for print quality inspectionRequired use of personal protective equipment (PPE): safety footwear, hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, hair/beard netsPay Range: $113,475.00 - $151,300.00Graphic Packaging is an equal opportunity employer and abides by all applicable federal, state provincial and local laws with respect to the recruitment and hiring process.
