Our client serves a diverse range of clientsfrom e-commerce platforms to online retailers and brandsand offers exceptional service across North America.Director of Logistics InsuranceJob Type: Full-time; RemoteResponsibilities:Managing the procurement and renewal of insurance coverage, including leading insurance RFPs and conducting market research.Assess the organizations insurance needs and identify appropriate coverage options while minimizing costs.Liaising with Insurance Brokers and relevant members of the business and operational teams on insurance matters.Handle and process insurance claims.Maintain records of all insurance policies and claims.Ensure compliance with the requirements of insurance policies and contractual and legal insurance requirements.Manage certificates of insurance, including COIs provided by vendors.Experience:Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Law or another related field is preferred.Relevant professional certification is preferred.Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the ground transportationindustry.Strong knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and insurance practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.May be remote within North America.
