Customer Service Representative Specialist

Job Description Ascent Administrative Services is currently looking for a new Customer Service Representative Specialist to provide our customers with a professional phone and in-person experience.Ascent is a growing company, and we are looking to take our company to the next level with excellent customer service beginning at the front desk. Our team thrives on celebrating each team members growth, team collaboration, and we are proud to foster a positive team environment.The Customer Service Representative Specialist will be the face of the Company, and the ideal candidate must be professional, supporting the team, and greeting guests.This is a full-time, non-exempt position with the hours of Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm in-office, reporting to the Onboarding & Client Relations Director and will be a member of our Onboarding team.What a typical day will look like as the Office Coordinator:Answering and directing phone calls promptly, professionally, and to the appropriate department/person.Greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.Signing for packages and ensuring timely distribution.Education and Experience:Proven experience in a call center, fast-paced, professional environment.Enjoys working as part of a team.Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills.Must have strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills.Must be able to handle yourself in a professional manner, at all times.Company DescriptionAt Ascent you will find a collaborative and supportive work environment with direct access to leadership and defined escalation paths.Company DescriptionAt Ascent you will find a collaborative and supportive work environment with direct access to leadership and defined escalation paths.
