Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Cliveden Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - Cliveden Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including our long-term and short-term care units. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. A strong understanding of physiology and experience in geriatrics will be beneficial.ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.Provide catheter care and assist with mobility needs of patients.Support nursing staff in providing basic life support when necessary.Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address concerns and provide updates on patient status.Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility policies.Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills in areas such as ICU care or urgent care.QualificationsCertification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.Previous experience in assisted living, or long-term care is highly desirable.Knowledge of basic life support techniques and ability to perform catheter care.Strong understanding of physiology related to patient care needs.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.Join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of our patients!Apply today to be interviewed and hired the next Business Day!
