As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving software applications and systems that support our innovative payments solutions. This role involves a significant hands-on coding component, with approximately 60-75% of your time dedicated to writing and refining code using modern tools, including AI-assisted development, cloud services, and automation frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—such as product managers, designers, data scientists, QA, operations, and compliance—to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, security, and reliability of our payment systems, enabling seamless transactions worldwide.The ideal candidate should possess digital fluency, including familiarity with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot), and should be eager to leverage these tools to enhance productivity and innovation. You will participate in system design and architecture, contribute to code reviews, develop test plans, and respond to support requests, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet security standards and regulatory requirements.
