Sales Manager
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to support the growth of our operations based in west coast of the United States (California, Oregon, Washington etc) This role will work closely with the General Manager and lead Regional Sales Managers to drive business expansion across a dynamic and competitive market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate Regional Sales Managers across North America, including setting budgets, sales targets, and strategic prioritiesDrive business development through direct engagement with key accounts and prospective customersSupport field sales activities, including customer visits and closing new opportunitiesMonitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunitiesServe as the primary liaison with headquarters in Italy, coordinating with Back Office, Production, Quality, and R&D teamsRecruit, train, and mentor sales team members to strengthen the organizationQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in hydraulics or fluid power, including sales experienceProven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a sales teamStrong business development and account management skillsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
