We just closed our pre-seed and we're scaling outbound to hit our next stage of growth.What you'll doRun outbound campaigns to qualified churches across phone, email, and LinkedInBook demos for our founders and account executivesClose demos yourselfManage your pipeline through our CRM with discipline and consistencyIterate fast on messaging, lists, and outreach strategySit close to product feedback from prospects and customersBuild relationships with church leaders and decision-makersWhat you'll bring0-2 years in sales, customer service, ministry, or similar (entry-level welcome)Strong communication skills, written and verbalComfort making cold calls and handling objectionsSelf-starter mentality and ownership of your numbersWillingness to iterate, learn fast, and contribute beyond your roleBonus pointsBackground working in or around churches (staff, volunteer leadership, ministry)Experience with SaaS or vertical software salesFamiliarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce)Comfort with AI tools and modern sales workflowsWhat we offer$50K-$60K base salaryUncapped commission on closed ARRRemote or hybrid flexibilityClear path to Account Executive within 12-18 months for top performersDirect mentorship from founders and hands-on sales training from day one
