Our platform connects design selections to budgets, take-offs, schedules, and purchase/work orders, with 3D floor plans, homeowner approvals, and centralized documents. We’re growing rapidly across North America and expanding our footprint in the U.S. market.Role SummaryWe’re hiring a Sales Consultant to drive new business across Texas and help shape regional market entry. You’ll run consultative sales motions with builders, developers, and design partners—while contributing to high-level market development: export market research & market-entry strategies, identification of key contacts, facilitation of B2B meeting programs/matchmaking, and feasibility studies for priority segments.What You’ll Do (high level)Own a territory pipeline: discovery, tailored demos, proposals, and closes.Articulate TIA’s selections-to-POs workflow, 3D floor plans, take-offs, and homeowner approvals.Contribute to export market research and market-entry plans; identify key contacts and support B2B matchmaking.Assist with feasibility studies to validate opportunities and inform GTM.Maintain accurate CRM data and basic sales KPIs; represent TIA at select events.QualificationsProven solution-selling experience (SaaS or construction tech preferred).Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Self-directed field seller; comfortable traveling within Texas.Customer-first mindset with organized follow-through.Nice to have: familiarity with residential construction ops (take-offs, POs/WOs, schedules) or proptech ecosystems.Compensation & DetailsFull-time salary with performance incentivesTexas-based field role with flexibility for on-site client meetings and industry events.
