In this role, you will drive new business development and build relationships with engineering teams, OEMs, and technical buyers while expanding market presence across a greenfield territory. The ideal candidate will have experience selling technical solutions into engineering-driven environments such as industrial automation, embedded systems, healthcare technology, or related sectors. To be successful, you must demonstrate strong hunting ability, comfort with long sales cycles, and the ability to navigate customized solution sales with cross-functional teams. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact territory, drive new design wins, and directly contribute to company growth in an autonomous environment.Regional Sales Manager - Central (Technical Solutions to OEM or Engineering) Responsibilities• Sell industrial computers & related technology into engineering and OEM environments• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across a new territory• Build relationships with engineering teams, product managers, and technical decision-makers• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets• Manage long sales cycles involving customized and design-driven solutions• Coordinate custom project requirements with internal engineering teams• Schedule and conduct customer visits and attend industry trade shows• Deliver technical demonstrations and communicate value propositions effectively• Partner with Marketing to develop client presentations and materials• Track pipeline and sales activity within CRM• Support post-sale implementation and customer follow-up• Assist with technical specifications and documentation as neededRegional Sales Manager - Central (Technical Solutions to OEM or Engineering) Qualifications• 3+ years of technical sales experience is required• Experience selling into engineering, OEM, or product development environments is required• Proven history of prospecting, hunting, and developing new business is required• Experience managing long sales cycles and selling customized or solution-based offerings is required• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on custom solutions is required
