Westside Family Medicine - Brooklyn Full Time Hours: Open Daily 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Flexible Scheduling Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: Varies Call Schedule: No Call Sign-On Bonus Compensation: - Incentive-based model- Salary for GYN only is $250,000 base; if doing OB also the salary would be higher.- Earning Potential is $350k- Sign-On Bonus Negotiable Benefits: - Medical/Dental/Vision- 4 weeks of PTO - $1500 CME Allowance- IRA contribution-Paid malpractice-Assistance with licensing costs/dues Additional Info: - Unique opportunity to start your own practice within a practice - a new concept that will give you all the support you need with all the freedom you want to practice as you like!Full and part-time options are available.- WFM to provide all the infrastructure to get your practice up and running, including office space & equipment, EMR, reception/administrative support, billing, staffing, and assistance in credentialing.- Existing patient base at WFM will provide you with a strong foundation of patients in need of OBGYN care.- Revenue sharing compensation model.- Comfort with adolescent GYN care along with LGBTQ+ GYN care strongly preferred.- OB component is optional (can do just GYN without OB)- This position is meant to be flexible with the provider controlling how much or how little they want to work; this will determine how much they earn. - Affiliated with NY Presbyterian, (Doing in-hospital deliveries is up to the provider- Deliveries are not required)
