Project Manager, Operations

You will partner closely with Operations leaders to drive projects that improve how we serve customers and run our day-to-day business, with occasional coordination across supporting teams such as Finance, Legal, and Technology.Reporting to the Director of Strategic Operations, this position plays a key role in ensuring priorities are clearly defined, well-coordinated, and successfully executed.This role is not remoteKey responsibilities include:What You Will DoDrive Project ExecutionLead day-to-day execution of operational projects from kickoff through completionTranslate goals into clear plans, timelines, and next stepsTrack progress, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are metIdentify risks early and help keep projects on trackCoordinate Across TeamsWork closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, and other internal partnersEnsure alignment on priorities, roles, and deliverablesFacilitate meetings and keep stakeholders informed with clear updatesHelp remove roadblocks and keep momentum movingPartner with Operations leaders to define problem statements, success metrics, and implementation plans for process and system changesSupport Operational ImprovementsIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, coordination, and efficiencyAssist in documenting processes and supporting implementation of changesHelp ensure new processes are adopted and sustained by the teamContribute to communication and change management effortsLeverage Data to Drive DecisionsAnalyze operational data to inform project planning, prioritization, and executionBuild clear, structured views of project progress and operational metricsCreate simple dashboards or visualizations to support stakeholder alignmentHighlight trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvementStrengthen Day-to-Day OperationsSupport initiatives across customer experience, field operations, and billing workflowsHelp bring structure and consistency to how work gets doneContribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvementQualifications3 to 6 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role Strong organizational and execution skills; consistently drives follow-through and meets commitments across multiple stakeholdersProven ability to follow through and drive work to completionComfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving prioritiesAbility to use data to drive insights, influence decisions, and measure the impact of operational changesExcellent communication and facilitation skills, including running structured meetings and delivering concise written and verbal updatesExperience with project and work management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or similar) and comfortable learning new systems in a fully cloud-based environmentStrong Excel skills (e.g., lookups, pivots, basic modeling) and solid PowerPoint or equivalent presentation skillsFamiliarity with CRM (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.) or operational systems is helpful but not required; familiarity with SiteTracker is a plusEducationBachelor's degree preferred.
