Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.ResponsibilitiesTackle time-consuming data analysis that the team doesn’t have the bandwidth to dig intoPull data from multiple sources to paint the full picture – may require tracking down data, asking for access to certain information Identify patterns and trends about sales of productTake ideas from leaders and run with it – come back with insights and data to back it upFind causation, keep diggingQualificationsStrategic thinking – ability to review and manipulate data but also think strategically about what matters to the business, what information might be usefulAbility to anticipate next steps – doesn’t need direction/suggestions at each step, can think about what data would be relevant and how to get thereFocused on solutions and conclusions – ability to effectively interpret data and come to conclusions quickly about key takeawaysTech-savvy – team is very innovative and forward-thinking with AI, use of Claude – comfortable experimenting to find ways to be more efficientThe salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
