Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician on the 2nd Shift, based in the Appleton-Oshkosh-Neenah area. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, repairing industrial machinery, and conducting inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance. The role requires collaboration with the operations team to minimize downtime and maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial MaintenanceStrong Electrical SkillsStrong skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & RepairExperience with Preventive Maintenance practices and techniquesBasic understanding of safety standards and regulationsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematicsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPrior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferredHigh school diploma or GED; technical certifications are a plus
