Neurologist/Vascular Advisory Board Member
New York, NYMarch 30th, 2026
We are seeking a highly respected Vascular Neurologist to join our Advisory Board and provide strategic, governance level guidance to a rapidly expanding brain health platform addressing Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and cognitive impairment. This role is designed for senior physicians who understand the critical relationship between cerebrovascular disease, vascular cognitive impairment, silent infarction, cerebral small vessel disease, perfusion abnormalities, stroke risk, and progressive cognitive decline, and who can help translate that expertise into scalable care models, measurable outcomes, disciplined growth, and long term enterprise value. The ideal candidate brings recognized expertise in vascular neurology, stroke prevention, neurovascular risk stratification, cerebrovascular imaging, and the vascular contributors to neurodegenerative disease. Equally important is the ability to advise on clinical governance, diagnostic rigor, protocol integrity, quality standards, multidisciplinary care design, and responsible national expansion. As a Vascular Neurologist Advisory Board Member, you will partner with executive leadership to help ensure that clinical innovation remains aligned with patient safety, scientific rigor, operational discipline, and strategic scalability. You will provide an independent perspective on how vascular neurology can strengthen a nationally credible, physician supported cognitive care platform focused on preserving function, improving outcomes, and addressing root contributors to neurodegenerative disease.About Alzheimer's Treatment Centers of America (ATCA)Alzheimer's Treatment Centers of America (ATCA) leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Personalized Precision Medicine to transform the treatment of Alzheimer's disease, dementia, cognitive impairment, and related neurodegenerative conditions, including brain fog associated with Long COVID.ATCA is focused on delivering structured, data-driven care now. Rather than limiting care to conventional diagnosis alone, ATCA seeks to identify underlying contributors to neurodegeneration and cognitive dysfunction, implementing individualized treatment protocols designed to slow progression, improve function, and create measurable clinical value. The company's multidisciplinary leadership team includes experienced healthcare executives, neuroscientists, AI engineers, and clinical specialists working together to build a repeatable, physician supported clinic model with national relevance. As ATCA expands, it is strengthening its governance framework through senior physician advisors who can help ensure clinical credibility, disciplined scaling, and long-term strategic alignment. Why Now?Expanding Demand in a Large, Underserved Market:ATCA's Palm Beach Gardens/Jupiter clinic is fully operational and actively treating patients in a prominent medical corridor adjacent to Cleveland Clinic. Initially launched in a former urgent care site to enable rapid market entry, the clinic reached capacity quickly, with appointments booked months in advance, demonstrating substantial unmet demand for proactive, structured cognitive care.Three additional clinics are in development, with broader national expansion underway. ATCA is building a replicable specialty care model designed to increase access to cognitive evaluation and longitudinal management while preserving clinical rigor, physician oversight, and operational consistency.Reimbursement Aligned Model: ATCA's care model is designed to integrate within the existing healthcare ecosystem. Treatments are reimbursed by Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and most major commercial insurers, helping reduce access barriers while supporting adoption and scalability.Outcomes-Oriented Platform: In a study utilizing ATCA's AI driven protocol, 75% of patients with mild cognitive impairment demonstrated no further cognitive decline. This reflects a proactive, data-informed approach intended to complement traditional care pathways and reinforce a culture of measurable outcomes.Advanced Therapeutic Access: Eligible patients may have access to TB006, an FDA-approved therapy available for compassionate use, offering a potential treatment pathway for certain dementias, including Alzheimer's disease.Strengthening Advisory Depth: ATCA's protocols are supported by an experienced Medical Advisory Board of physicians and scientists. As the company scales, it is expanding that advisory infrastructure with senior physician leaders who bring expertise in vascular neurology, cerebrovascular disease, quality oversight, and systems-based care delivery.Key Strategic AttributesProprietary AI Precision Medicine Platform: ATCA has developed and deployed a defensible AI-driven precision medicine platform intended to optimize treatment pathways at the individual patient level. This creates meaningful clinical differentiation while strengthening long term data advantages and potential network effects.Scalable, High Margin Clinic Economics: The organization has engineered a specialty clinic model targeting 44% EBITDA margins, supported by optimized staffing structures, strong reimbursement dynamics, and a high-acuity service mix designed for disciplined multi market expansion.Large Market Opportunity: ATCA is positioned within a $355B U.S. Alzheimer's market and an estimated $1.5T global opportunity, addressing one of the largest and fastest growing areas of unmet need in healthcare.Embedded Research and Evidence Generation: Each clinic incorporates micro-research capabilities designed to generate real world evidence, support pharmaceutical collaboration, enable clinical trial participation, and create recurring, high margin ancillary revenue opportunities.Responsibilities IncludeClinical Governance and Strategic Oversight: Provide board-level guidance on protocol standardization, cerebrovascular risk assessment, diagnostic rigor, treatment appropriateness, patient safety, and system wide quality assurance processes, particularly where cerebrovascular dysfunction intersects with cognitive decline and neurodegenerative disease.Vascular Neurology Strategy Within Cognitive Care: Advise on how stroke risk, silent infarcts, cerebral small vessel disease, chronic ischemia, white matter injury, embolic phenomena, perfusion abnormalities, endothelial dysfunction, and related neurovascular contributors should be incorporated into structured cognitive assessment and treatment models.Care Model Scalability: Help shape replicable workflows for neurovascular screening, risk reduction, longitudinal monitoring, post stroke cognitive surveillance, and multidisciplinary care coordination that support expansion without compromising clinical standards.Outcomes and Evidence Strategy: Contribute to the design of longitudinal clinical, functional, and cerebrovascular outcomes frameworks, including reporting structures that strengthen clinical credibility, payer relevance, and enterprise value.Interdisciplinary Care Alignment: Provide perspective on how vascular neurology, general neurology, cardiology, geriatrics, primary care, rehabilitation, advanced practice providers, and nursing leadership can be integrated into a coordinated, patient centered cognitive care model.Innovation and Technology Review: Offer independent guidance on the responsible integration of AI-supported diagnostics, neuroimaging interpretation, biomarker strategies, vascular analytics, precision medicine protocols, and emerging therapeutic approaches relevant to both cerebrovascular and neurodegenerative disease.Health System and Reimbursement Positioning: Advise on strategic alignment with referral networks, payer expectations, value-based care frameworks, and health system partnerships that can support broader adoption and durable market positioning.Growth, Risk, and Governance Maturity: Provide counsel on governance architecture, physician credentialing, clinical risk mitigation, service line development, and the safeguards required to preserve trust and quality during accelerated growth. Why Join Us?Influence Strategy at the Board LevelPlay a meaningful role in shaping the governance and clinical positioning of an emerging national platform in brain health and cognitive care.Contribute Without Operating BurdenEngage at the advisory and strategic level without day-to-day management responsibility.Help Build a Category Defining PlatformSupport the development of a differentiated, physician supported model in one of healthcare's most urgent and economically significant sectors.Extend Clinical Leadership Into Enterprise ImpactApply your expertise in vascular neurology to help guide a platform where scientific rigor, reimbursement viability, and scalable execution must coexist.Preserve Clinical Integrity During ScaleHelp ensure that growth is matched by accountability, quality discipline, and long term credibility with patients, physicians, payers, and investors.Compensation / PerksEquity Participation Opportunities: Select advisory roles may include equity participation aligned with long term strategic contribution and enterprise value creation.Strategic Investment Access: Advisory members may be offered optional participation in future financing initiatives, where appropriate.Equal Opportunity CommitmentWe believe strong governance benefits from diverse perspectives, broad clinical experience, and independent judgment. We welcome accomplished physician leaders from varied backgrounds who are committed to advancing the future of structured, scalable brain health care.
